Notice -is hereby given that the Balstead Rural District Council intend, after one month from -the date of publication of this notice, to apply to the Minister of Housing and Local Government for confirmation of byelaws made by them under section 17 of the Water Act, 1945, for preventing waste, undue con- sumption, misuse or contamination of water supplied by them.
